Creator Data: account details, email, company or project information, content you upload, and settings preferences.

End-User Data: names, emails, reservation information, and limited transaction details (payment data handled directly by Stripe).

Automatically Collected Data: device type, browser, IP address, cookies, analytics, and activity logs.

Sensitive data is only collected when voluntarily submitted by the user.

3. How We Use Data

Crowdstake uses collected data to:

Operate and maintain the platform

Enable creators to build AI-generated landing pages

Process payments through Stripe

Provide customer support and security

Improve AI features and system performance

Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

We do not sell personal data.

Outputs are non-deterministic and not considered user submissions unless manually approved.
