Founded in 1999 by Roslin J. Fields, M.Ed., Youth Empowerment Services, Inc. (Y.E.S.) is dedicated to empowering at-risk middle and high school girls. Through various programs, Y.E.S. promotes self-worth, healthy decision-making, and personal development, creating a supportive community where girls can thrive.
Y.E.S. has successfully empowered over 5,000 youths and adults, with more than 85% of participants completing their programs. The organization fosters a culture of mentorship, enhancing the mental, social, spiritual, and emotional well-being of girls.
