Our Story

Founded in 2003, Yavapai CASA for Kids Foundation (YC4KF) emerged from a vision to support the CASA program and the dedicated volunteers working with abused, neglected, and abandoned children in Yavapai County. The organization was established to address the unmet needs of children in foster care, ensuring they receive the essential support and resources necessary for their well-being. With minimal administrative costs, nearly all donations directly benefit foster children, providing them with emergency clothing, educational support, and opportunities for community engagement.

Impact

Every day, an average of 25 children in Arizona are placed into foster care, often arriving with nothing but the clothes on their backs. In Yavapai County alone, over 300 children face this harsh reality. YC4KF is committed to changing lives by providing these vulnerable children with the care, attention, and resources they desperately need.
