Our Story

Founded in 2010 by Debbie Johnson, Without Permission Inc. is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to ending sex trafficking in California's Central Valley. What began as a two-person ministry has grown into a robust organization with over 75 staff and volunteers committed to serving both the community and survivors. Through strategic partnerships and task force collaborations, Without Permission has developed a local response to combat the horrors of sex trafficking and exploitation.

Impacting Lives

Since its inception, Without Permission has made significant strides in serving the at-risk and restoring the victimized. As of June 2024, the organization has supported 1,019 victims, trained over 3,200 youth at Juvenile Hall, and mobilized over 43,500 volunteer hours, raising $5.8 million to reinvest in the community.
