Our Story

Wellity Education was founded on the belief that well schools begin with well educators. Co-Founders Lauren Greenspan and Julia Handelman, both lifelong educators, discovered the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness during a fellowship in Bangalore, India. This experience inspired them to create Wellity Education, equipping educators with essential well-being practices to enhance their own lives and those of their students.
