Our Story
Founded by Margaret O. “Danny” Verner and her husband, Hugh Verner, the Verner Center for Early Learning opened its doors in 2001 to ensure that high-quality early care and education is accessible and affordable for children and families in the region. The organization has evolved to meet community needs, recently renaming itself to honor its founders.
