Founded in 1994 by Bishop Edgar Vann and Second Ebenezer Church, Vanguard Community Development Corporation is dedicated to revitalizing the North End neighborhood of Detroit. This independent community-based organization focuses on addressing the needs of the community through economic equity and racial justice initiatives.
