Transgender Health and Wellness Center

Our Story

The Transgender Health & Wellness Center, originally known as the Transgender Community Coalition, was established to support the transgender, gender non-conforming, and intersex community in Southern California. This certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization has grown to become the largest of its kind in the Inland Empire, driven by a dedicated team of volunteers committed to providing essential social services.

Impact

Since 2018, the Center has positively impacted over 3,000 individuals, with more than 1,100 new enrollments in 2021 alone. Services include medical and mental health care, legal assistance, housing support, and employment resources. The Center also trains healthcare professionals and monitors correctional institutions to ensure the safety and well-being of LGBTQ inmates.
