Our Story
Established in June 2020, Tooley Community Development Group (TCDG) is a tribute to the vision of Robert H. and Earlean R. Tooley, aimed at enhancing the East Mims community. Founded by their children, TCDG focuses on improving the community through a strong governing structure and a strategic approach known as The Four Pillars: Affordable Housing, Educational Enrichment, Economic Development, and History, Arts, and Culture.
Impact
TCDG has made significant strides, including the establishment of the East Mims Learning Center and the launch of the Summer STEM Academy. Partnerships with organizations like Lockheed Martin and NASA have further enhanced educational opportunities and affordable housing initiatives.
