Our Story

The Tidewater Youth Services Foundation, established in 1991, is dedicated to raising funds and securing community resources to support the Tidewater Youth Services Commission. This public agency has been serving at-risk and court-involved youth across Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Franklin, Isle of Wight, and Southampton Counties since 1977. With over three decades of experience, the Commission has developed a comprehensive range of programs aimed at helping young individuals become productive members of society.
