The Soup Kitchen in Boynton Beach was founded in 1983 by three compassionate women dedicated to feeding the local poor. Starting with a donated van, they provided soup and sandwiches to families in need. Over the years, the organization has expanded significantly, moving to a larger facility in 1997 and broadening its services to include hot meals, grocery bags, clothing, and educational programs.

Today, The Soup Kitchen serves over 604,000 free meals and distributes more than 780,000 bags of groceries annually, making a profound impact on the local community by addressing hunger and food insecurity.
