Founded in 1938 by Henry and Edith Plumer, The Gospel Mission serves as a sanctuary for the homeless and downtrodden in Sioux City. Over the decades, it has expanded its offerings to include a food pantry, clothing room, and shelters for men, women, and children, all while upholding its Christian mission.
