Our Story

Founded in 1919, St. Stephen’s Community House has dedicated itself to strengthening families and empowering the community. Originally established to assist new Eastern European immigrants, the organization has evolved to provide essential services to the Linden community, including food assistance, youth programs, and family support services.

Impact

Each year, St. Stephen’s Community House serves over 24,000 Franklin County residents, offering vital services such as food assistance, childcare, and youth programs. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the organization adapted by implementing a drive-through food market to meet the urgent needs of families.
