Founded in 2002, this 100% volunteer-driven organization operates primarily in the Southern United States. Co-founded by passionate animal advocate Mary Louise Dube’, SCMR continues her legacy of compassion and commitment to animal welfare.
SCMR has successfully rescued and rehomed numerous Maltese and toy breed dogs, providing them with essential medical care, training, and a loving environment. The organization emphasizes the importance of matching the right dog with the right family, ensuring lifelong commitments to the dogs they place.
