About Southeast Seniors

Founded in 1988, Southeast Seniors began as the Prospect Park Block Nurse Program, initiated by Wanyce Sandve and local residents. This initiative was inspired by the St. Anthony Park Block Nurse program, aiming to assist older neighbors in accessing essential services to remain in their homes. Over the years, the program has expanded to serve the Southeast Como, Marcy Holmes, and Nicollet Island/East Bank neighborhoods.
