Founded by Sandy Kemper, a Registered Dental Hygienist, Smiles Forever emerged from the urgent need for dental care in Cochabamba, Bolivia. After witnessing the struggles of the local community during her first visit in 1999, Sandy established a dental clinic and training program for indigenous women, enabling them to become professional dental hygienists.
Since 2000, Smiles Forever has provided free dental care to over 60,000 impoverished children and graduated 37 women as dental hygienists, empowering them to uplift their communities.
