The vision of the late Tongkam Singsit was to establish a Christian school dedicated to teaching tribal communities the word of God. Following his passing, his children continued this mission by founding Shalom Academy in 1984. This institution aims to reach young people for Christ through quality education and moral training.
Shalom Academy has successfully educated around 800 students, with 50-100 students coming to know Christ each year through chapel, VBS, and personal counseling.
