Our Story

Founded in 1989 by six downtown churches, Resurrection House has been a beacon of hope for the Sarasota community for over 35 years. This faith-based organization operates as a day resource center for the homeless, offering essential services to help at-risk individuals transition to self-sufficiency.

Impact

Since its inception, Resurrection House has served over 32,000 individual clients, providing vital services such as showers, restrooms, laundry, counseling, medical treatment, food, clothing, and veteran’s assistance.
