Our Story

Reading Heart is a nonprofit organization founded by Danay at the age of eight, driven by a passion for reading and a desire to share that joy with children in need. This initiative focuses on providing books to children in hospitals and those in underrepresented areas with limited access to literature. Danay's vision is to spread the joy of reading and enhance literacy across communities, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to escape into a good book.

With over 1,000,000 books collected, Reading Heart has made a significant impact, bringing smiles to over 503,000 children and visiting 254 schools.
