The organization focuses on providing life-saving surgeries for infants suffering from neural tube defects, such as spina bifida and hydrocephalus. By collaborating with local healthcare systems, ReachAnother builds capacity and ensures sustainable healthcare solutions.

The foundation has also trained more than 60 neurosurgeons and established multiple Centers of Excellence in Pediatric Neurosurgery across Ethiopia.
