Founded in 1990 by dedicated volunteers, Rainbow Hospice is a local, independent nonprofit organization committed to providing exceptional hospice and palliative care. Serving patients and families throughout their aging and serious illness journey, Rainbow Hospice operates in homes, assisted living facilities, and the Rainbow Hospice Care Inpatient Center in Johnson Creek.
