Founded in December 1991 by Patricia “Pat” McQueen and Jane Brundage, PETSinc is a no-kill animal rescue organization located in South Carolina's Midlands. This dedicated team works tirelessly to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome unwanted and homeless dogs and cats, ensuring each animal receives the medical and emotional care they need.
