Founded in 1985, Palmetto AIDS Life Support Services (PALSS) has been at the forefront of the fight against HIV/AIDS in South Carolina. With a commitment to providing free services, PALSS supports individuals diagnosed with or at risk of HIV, along with their loved ones. For over 35 years, this organization has been a beacon of hope, offering essential services such as testing, education, case management, transportation, food access, and clinical services to those in need.
