Our Story

The Ohio Asian American Health Coalition, established in 2005, is dedicated to supporting health initiatives among its member organizations. With a focus on addressing health disparities, the coalition advocates for improved access to personalized, culturally, and linguistically competent healthcare. Comprising eight member organizations, including the Asian-American Community Service Council and Asian Services In Action, the coalition has been a vital force in promoting health equity for Ohio’s Asian American and Pacific Islander communities.

Impact

Through community research, education, and advocacy, the coalition strives to eliminate social inequities affecting the quality of life for AAPI individuals in Ohio.
