Since 1955, Oberlin Community Services has been dedicated to fostering a sustainable and thriving environment for all residents. By providing emergency assistance, food programs, and advocating for systemic change, OCS has become one of the largest social service organizations in the county.
Each week, OCS serves approximately 350 to 400 families through its choice pantry and food programs, reaching around 7,000 individuals who might otherwise face food insecurity. In FY24, OCS provided $182,510 in emergency relief to 852 families, focusing on eviction prevention.
