Our Story

indiGO is a dedicated non-profit agency that has been empowering individuals with disabilities in Northwestern Wisconsin since 1988. With a staff and board comprised of at least 51% individuals with disabilities, the organization ensures that services are consumer-controlled, allowing individuals to make informed decisions about their disability-related needs.

Impact

As the Regional Center for Independent Living (CIL), indiGO serves Ashland, Bayfield, Burnett, Douglas, Iron, Price, Sawyer, and Washburn Counties. This community-based agency maximizes the ability of individuals with disabilities to live independently.
