Our Story
The North Carolina Association of Community Development Corporations (NCACDC) was established in 1989 to enhance the capacity of community development corporations (CDCs) across North Carolina. With a focus on economic and social participation, NCACDC collaborates with nearly 70 organizations in both urban and rural settings to tackle economic challenges and foster community-led development.
Our Impact
NCACDC has been instrumental in revitalizing the community development sector, leading to the formation of over seventy minority-controlled CDCs and advocating for economic justice in low-income neighborhoods.
