MOMA’s House was founded by Maraion Douglas, who transitioned from a successful career in Corporate America to create a sanctuary for women recovering from domestic violence and human trafficking. Inspired by her mother and daughter, the organization embodies the philosophy of My Own Movement toward Achievement (MOMA). Since its inception in 2009, MOMA’s House has provided a safe and supportive environment for over 75 women, helping them reclaim their lives.
