Our Story

Since 2011, Midlands Housing Alliance Inc, known as Transitions, has dedicated itself to helping men and women transition from homelessness to permanent housing. Operating across South Carolina, this organization reaches out to vulnerable communities, providing essential support to those often overlooked.

Impact

Transitions has become one of the largest and most effective homeless shelters in the Midlands of South Carolina. In the past year alone, 100 veterans found housing through our programs, supported by our after-care initiative, SAVE (Supporting and Advancing Veterans Empowerment).
