Our Story
The Louis Carr Foundation was established in 2003 by Louis Carr to promote multiculturalism and diversity in the communications industry. By providing paid internships to undergraduate students of color, the foundation aims to improve minority representation in corporate America.
Our Impact
Since its inception, the Louis Carr Foundation has successfully placed 270 interns, with 65 alumni now employed full-time in the marketing and media sectors. The foundation collaborates with leading companies to enhance diversity in the communications industry.
