Our Story

LIFT JAX is a collaborative initiative led by business and community leaders dedicated to eradicating generational poverty in Jacksonville. Launched in 2017, this initiative focuses on implementing the Purpose Built Communities model in the Eastside neighborhood, known as OutEast. This model emphasizes mixed-income housing, cradle-to-career education, community wellness, and long-term financial vitality.
