Identity Health Clinic

Our Story

Established in 1977 as the Alaskan Gay Community Center, Identity has evolved significantly over the years. With the dedication of volunteers and board members, Identity began hiring full-time staff in 2014 to better support its mission. In 2021, Identity merged with Full Spectrum Health, becoming Identity Health Clinic, which now offers tailored healthcare services for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals.

Impact

Identity has made tremendous progress, tripling the size of the Identity Health Clinic to better serve the health and wellness needs of the LGBTQIA2S+ community in Alaska.
