Our Story
2023 marked a transformative year for Hope Community Services, establishing its first full year as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. By focusing on whole person care, the organization has innovated alongside community partners to address the pressing mental health and substance use crisis in Oklahoma City. The opening of Hope Hall at 8125 S Walker has allowed for the expansion of vital programs, including Children and Youth services, Community Living programs, Intensive Outpatient Services, and the Urgent Recovery Center.
In response to the growing needs, the Urgent Recovery Center and Mobile Crisis teams have successfully doubled their access to services in 2023. A significant partnership with the Oklahoma City Fire Department led to the formation of the Opioid Overdose Response team, which has made over 400 community contacts, providing essential medical follow-up and guiding individuals toward appropriate treatment options.
