The Greenville Area Development Corporation (GADC) was established in 2001 by the Greenville County Council as a 501(c)(3) organization. It plays a pivotal role in economic development, providing essential support and resources to businesses of all sizes while acting as a vital link between the business community and local government.
Our Impact
Since its inception, the GADC has successfully created 37,000 new jobs and facilitated over $7.7 billion in capital investment in Greenville County. This organization significantly contributes to the local economy, sustaining approximately 64,784 jobs and generating a total economic impact of $6.9 billion annually in the Upstate region.
