Our Story

The Geneva Center of Concern was founded in 1971 by the Human Development Committee of St. Stephen’s Church, initially to organize a Christmas program for needy families. Officially established in 1972, the Center has evolved to address the pressing needs of disadvantaged individuals in the Geneva area through various programs, including a Food Pantry and a Thrift Store. Despite challenges like a fire and relocations, the Center continues to thrive, thanks to the unwavering support of the community.
