Our Story

Founded in 2012, Gates of Hope Mission International builds on the experiences of Japhet Perez and Russel Driver, who have dedicated their lives to serving communities since 1971. After the devastating earthquake in Haiti in 2010, Japhet was invited to assist the Haitian people, leading to a commitment to return and empower local leaders through training and support.
