Garlic City Kitty Rescue was founded by Julie Haas, a passionate advocate for the humane treatment of feral cats. Starting as a one-woman operation, she opened her home to abandoned cats and kittens, tirelessly working to establish a nonprofit rescue dedicated to their welfare.
