Our Story

Fullerton’s Love of Orange County Kids (FLOCK) was founded by Angela Joe to combat the staggering number of approximately 30,000 homeless children in Orange County. This organization is dedicated to breaking the cycle of child homelessness by providing essential resources and scholarships to those identified as homeless under the McKinney-Vento Act.

FLOCK has successfully implemented a scholarship program that alleviates financial burdens for homeless children, enabling them to focus on their education and personal growth.
