Founded in 2004 by Dr. Kris Miller, Flourishing Leaders Inc. began with the mission to support senior pastors in crisis through Pastor’s Sabbath Retreats. In 2013, the organization expanded its mission to provide comprehensive healing and formation opportunities for Christian leaders, officially becoming a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2019.
