Our Story

Filling Homes is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Henry, Fulton, Williams, and Defiance Counties. Established in 1959 through the generosity of Mrs. Carrie Filling Vajen, the organization has evolved to provide a safe haven and comprehensive care for those in need.

Impact

Filling Homes is licensed to support 51 individuals at its main facility and 12 clients in group homes, along with community services and a day program for over 120 individuals. The organization ensures health, safety, and well-being through tailored support.
