Fact Forward, originally founded as the South Carolina Council on Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention in 1994, has transformed into a national leader in adolescent reproductive health education. With a commitment to advocacy, education, and community engagement, the organization addresses critical reproductive health challenges and empowers young people with essential knowledge.

In 2019, Fact Forward impacted over 29,510 youth across 20 counties, contributing to the lowest teen birth rates ever recorded in South Carolina. The organization’s research-proven strategies have made a significant difference in the lives of countless young individuals.
