Our Story

Environmental Education Association of New Mexico (EENM) has been dedicated to enhancing quality environmental education since 1991. By collaborating with schools, agencies, and organizations, EENM ensures that every child in New Mexico has access to outdoor and environmental learning opportunities.

Impact

With over 200 individuals engaged from 90 schools and organizations, EENM has developed a community-generated vision for outdoor learning. This initiative has opened doors to state funding opportunities and established Outdoor Learning Specialist positions.
