Our Story

Community Coordinated Child Care, known as 4-C, was established in the late 1960s as part of a pilot project by the U.S. Department of Health and Welfare. Incorporated in 1971, 4-C has dedicated itself to improving the quality and accessibility of child care in the Kentuckiana area. Over the years, the organization has expanded its services, developed training programs for child care providers, and advocated for child care policies at local and national levels.
