Historic Strawberry Mansion, built in 1789 by Judge William Lewis, stands as the largest of the seven historic Fairmount Park Houses. Restored by the Committee of 1926, this magnificent mansion opened its doors to the public as a historic house museum in 1931, welcoming over 250,000 visitors. The mansion showcases a remarkable collection of antiques, fine art, and collectibles from the 18th and 19th centuries.
