Our Story

Founded in 1984 by three American Christians, CRISPAZ emerged in response to the violence and human rights abuses during El Salvador's civil war. The organization has dedicated itself to promoting peace and justice by accompanying Salvadoran communities and advocating for their rights. Over the years, CRISPAZ has evolved to build solidarity between marginalized communities in El Salvador and supporters across the U.S., Canada, and Australia through various programs, including delegation trips and volunteer opportunities.
