Our Story

Founded in 1996, Chiricahua Community Health Centers, Inc. began as a grassroots effort to deliver quality primary care to underserved communities in southeastern Arizona. Over the years, it has evolved into the largest primary care organization in the region, committed to enhancing the health and well-being of its communities.

Impact

Chiricahua Community Health Centers serves over 33,000 patients annually across a vast 6200 square mile area in Cochise County, Arizona. With fifteen fixed-site clinics and eight mobile units, it ensures healthcare access for diverse populations, including those in rural and underserved areas.
