Charter For Veterans Inc was established on November 21, 2008, as an all-volunteer organization dedicated to providing free recreational therapy yacht outings for combat wounded and injured veterans from OIF and OEF. These outings empower veterans to achieve new physical goals in a supportive outdoor social environment.
