Our Story

The Center for Christian Counseling was established in 2007 to offer mental health services from licensed practitioners to those without insurance or under-insured individuals. Founded by Margie Satterfield, LPC, the ministry began in empty church offices and has since expanded to include multiple therapists, serving clients referred by churches throughout Virginia.

Accessible mental health services are provided to individuals and families, promoting healing through Biblically-based counseling and a sliding fee scale to accommodate those in need.
