Cedar Lake Foundation was established in the 1970s by dedicated parents in Louisville, Kentucky, who sought a brighter future for their loved ones with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Today, it stands as the largest private provider of residential and community-based services in the state.

Currently, Cedar Lake Foundation supports over 254 individuals across 31 properties in three counties, focusing on health, community involvement, spiritual growth, and independence.
