Our Story

Cedar Lake Foundation was established in the 1970s by dedicated parents in Louisville, Kentucky, who sought a brighter future for their loved ones with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Over the decades, it has evolved into the largest private provider of residential and community-based services in the state.

Currently, Cedar Lake Foundation supports over 250 individuals across 31 properties in three counties, delivering essential services that significantly enhance their quality of life and promote independence.
